Ninetta "Nina" Corradino
was also honored during the event
for her selfless involvement in
countless charitable causes. Since
her initial exposure to UNICO National
and all the good it does, Nina has
been inextricably involved in reaching
out to anyone who needs a helping
hand. This past November on a Sunday
afternoon, Nina opened the doors
to her hair salon and dedicated
the days earnings to the City of
Hope, a medical research center.
In addition to the UNICO award,
Benigno, Corradino and UNICO President
David D'Arco were all presented
with the Crest of Sicily, an honor
bestowed on them by the Governor
of Sicily.
